Κατασκευή 10 φρεατοπασσάλων άντλησης πριν τις εκσκαφές και τη δημιουργία σταγενολαεκάνης, σε πολυτελή μονοκατοικία με πισίνες στον Μητροπολιτικό Πόλο Ελληνικού.
Αναλάβαμε:
Κατασκευή 6 φρεατοπασσάλων άντλησης πριν τις εκσκαφές για την υποβάθμιση του υδροφόρου ορίζοντα, σε υπερπολυτελή μονοκατοικία της TAYMAR DEVELOPMENT δίπλα στον Πύργο του Ελληνικού.
Το έργο περιλάμβανε:
Κατασκευή 8 φρεατοπασσάλων άντλησης για υποβάθμιση του υδροφόρου ορίζοντα (dewatering well-points) με εξειδικευμένο διατρητικό εξοπλισμό, πριν την εκσκαφή και τη δημιουργία σταγενολαεκάνης, σε πολυτελή μονοκατοικία με πισίνες δίπλα στον Πύργο του Ελληνικού.
Η εταιρεία μας ανέλαβε:
Ανοιχτό γεωθερμικό σύστημα με 2 παραγωγικές και 3 επαναεισαγωγικές γεωτρήσεις σε πολυτελή βίλα. Πλήρες φάσμα υπηρεσιών: από διατρήσεις και airlift έως ηλεκτρολογικά συστήματα και πίνακες αυτοματισμού.
Σύστημα με 3 παραγωγικές και 3 επαναεισαγωγικές γεωτρήσεις για πολυτελείς βίλες. Περιλάμβανε επίσης επιφανειακά πιεστικά αντλητικά συγκροτήματα και πλήρη εγκατάσταση αυτοματισμών και ελέγχου.
Εγκατάσταση ανοιχτού συστήματος με 3 παραγωγικές και 2 επαναεισαγωγικές γεωτρήσεις για πολυτελείς κατοικίες. Υλοποίηση όλων των σταδίων: αδειοδότηση, drilling, airlift, test pumping, εγκατάσταση αντλιών και πίνακες αυτοματισμού.
Γεωθερμικό σύστημα με 2 παραγωγικές και 3 επαναεισαγωγικές γεωτρήσεις για πολυτελή κατοικίες. Περιλάμβανε διατρήσεις, δοκιμές, υποβρύχιες αντλίες, φίλτρα και ολοκληρωμένους πίνακες αυτοματισμού.
Σύστημα γεωθερμίας θαλασσινού νερού με 2 παραγωγικές και 2 επαναεισαγωγικές γεωτρήσεις για υπερπολυτελή διαμερίσματα. Η εταιρεία ανέλαβε πλήρως την υλοποίηση: από αδειοδότηση μέχρι φίλτρα, γραμμές και αυτοματισμούς.
Εγκατάσταση συστήματος γεωθερμίας θαλασσινού νερού με 2 παραγωγικές και 4 επαναεισαγωγικές γεωτρήσεις, εξοπλισμένες με εναλλάκτες τιτανίου. Παροχή πλήρους πακέτου: αδειοδότηση, διατρήσεις, airlift, δοκιμαστικές αντλήσεις, εγκατάσταση υποβρύχιων αντλιών, φίλτρα και ηλεκτρολογικοί πίνακες αυτοματισμού.
Εγκατάσταση κατακόρυφου γεωεναλλάκτη Double U-Tube Φ32, 100m, στις νέες γραφειακές εγκαταστάσεις της Trastor. Η TRT (Thermal Response Test) επιβεβαίωσε την ποιότητα κατασκευής και παρείχε σημαντικά δεδομένα για τη θερμική αγωγιμότητα και τη θερμική αντίσταση του υπεδάφους.
Κατασκευή 14 διπλών γεωεναλλακτών (Double U-Tube Φ32), 100m βάθος, για πολυτελή συγκρότημα κατοικιών με πισίνες και συστήματα HVAC. Το σύστημα υποστηρίζει βιώσιμη θέρμανση-ψύξη.
Κατασκευή 26 κατακόρυφων γεωεναλλακτών κλειστού κυκλώματος, τύπου Single U-Tube Φ40, βάθους 100m έκαστος, στο πολυτελές συγκρότημα κατοικιών “One South” στη Βούλα. Το έργο συνδύασε VRV/VRF, γεωθερμία και ηλιακά συστήματα για βέλτιστη ενεργειακή αποδοτικότητα.
